Our client is a mutinational company in the sector of the IT services. They provide consultants and teams in order to develop and to implement large projects from A to Z in different sector such as Industry, Federal Authorities, Telecommunication, etc. In order to reinforce their team, they are actually looking for a Management Assistant to the Business Unit Manager.
Researching and preparing documents to be signed
Managing and coordinating the agenda of the Manager
Dealing with internal and external enquiries (by mail or telephone)
Handling the correspondence
Taking care of the switchboard and filtring incoming calls
General administrative tasks such as filing, making copies, reports, etc.
Organising meetings and taking care of the catering
Helping sporadically in the organization of internal events
Preparing PowerPoint presentations
PROFILE:
You are trilingual Dutch – French – English
You hold a Master or Bachelor degree
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar function
You are dynami, proactive, autonomous, stress resistant and able to work with deadlines
You are available immediately
OFFER:
A permanent contract after an interim period of 4 months
Salary up to 3300 €, depending on experience + LV
