Our customer is a European association active in the energy sector. This company is currently looking for an Assistant attached to the technical department
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will carry out the following tasks:
• Working in collaboration with different departments
• Contributing to the various projects in progress
• Organising business trips and meetings
• Preparing meeting rooms
• Managing incoming calls, faxs, e-mails and other administrative tasks
• Compiling various information
• Reporting to the manager
• You are the contact person for the engineering teams
PROFILE:
• You have an excellent knowledge of English and a good knowledge of French and German
• You have a degree in Secretarial Studies, in Management or equivalent by experience
• You have a good command of the MS Office software
• You are organised, spontaneous, independent and stress resistant
• You have a synthetic mind
• You like to work in team, with deadlines and challenges
OFFER:
• Temporary contract of 4 month followed by a permanent contract in an international and dynamic company.
• The salary lies between 1800 and 2200€
