Description
Our client is an international company in the hospitality business. As business is growing quickly we are recruiting an Assistant to the Senior Vice President.
Responsibilities:
• Organising recruitment interviews, scheduling assessments
• Creating job descriptions, job offers and profiles
• Follow up of applications
• Preparing welcome package for new employees
• Updating the HR database, maintaining personnel records up to date
• Assisting with the administration of incentives, bonus programme calculations
• Assisting with the administration of insurance schemes
• Follow up of health care issues
• Giving support with house leasing, insurances, work permits, schooling
• Giving support with the administration of the company car fleet
• Follow up of training programmes (registrations, invoicing,…)
• ensuring guest, customer and owner's satisfaction
Your profile:
• You have a similar experience in an HR support position
• You are fluent in English (both written and oral)
• You are able to set priorities, organised, discrete and accurate and you have excellent communication skills
• You like working with figures
We offer:
• A challenging opportunity in an international fast moving environment.
• An interim contract of 4 months followed by a permanent contract with an interesting salary package ( 2200 -3000 € depending on experience) including extra-legal benefits such as luncheon vouchers, group insurance, health insurance and benefits of the hospitality business.
