Our client is an international multinational dealing with hygiene products. This company is currently looking for a Customer Service Employee (Belgium).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
o You are responsible for the follow-up of the orders in the SAP software.
o You manage the customers and consumers complaints.
o You generate the invoices according to the procedure in the SAP system.
o You spread the correct information regarding the price of the products to the customers.
o You liaise with different department.
o You give administrative support to the managers and to the marketing and sales department.
o You keep the customers database up-to-date.
o You manage the orders, the adjustments of those and the installation of the credit notes, the returns and the financial system.
PROFILE:
• You are bilingual French, Dutch (written and oral) and have a good knowledge of english
• You preferably have had an experience in a customers service department.
• You have a good command the MS Office software.
• You are organized and dynamic.
• You are flexible and customer orientated.
• You are inventive and pass easily from one task to the another without losing eye for detail and deadlines.
• You have a sense of humor and are a stress resistant team player.
OFFER:
• We offer a temporary mission of 6 months with a possibility of extension.
• The salary lies between 2200 and 2400 €
